Every time we stay in Timmins, we like to stay here. the location of the hotel in Timmins is amazing, close enough to Timmins as well as the airport. - It's located 3 km from Gillies Lake Park. I always choose to stay at this hotel when I'm in Timmins. the hotel's location is fantastic, being close to both the city and the airport. It's also great that it's only 3 km away from Gillies Lake Park.

What a lovely stay

In general: We stayed longer than we anticipated and were arranging many different bookings for family members and the staff could not have been more professional and friendly. The manager truly wanted feedback about the hotel and listened carefully to our responses. The rooms were so clean, quiet and the beds comfy. We were reaching to find a flaw...our daughter thought perhaps the Kleenex wasn’t very soft. Seriously it was comforting to be there during a difficult time (for a funeral) and the staff was outstanding. Rooms were clean, the showers are wonderful and we could not hear a toilet flush or someone showering in an adjoining room. We will definitely be back. Location and surroundings: So close to the airport and not far from amenities. There is a Timmies next door. Easy to access and they have the sweetest lilies in their front garden. It made my trip to Timmins a great experience. Modern hotel, facilities were new and the staff were very cordial! The location was unbeatable and good, for example, Mountjoy Arena was just a short walk away from the property.

The attention to detail was impressive, with amenities like a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in the room, as well as reading lamps on both sides of the bed. the pillows were great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. the hardwood composite floor added a nice touch. the hotel staff, especially the front desk, were highly skilled and provided excellent support throughout our stay. We really appreciated the grab, and, go breakfast option, and the general manager, Cauline, did a fantastic job. a top, notch experience. Cons: Don't have any issues at all. 👌.

The hotel was conveniently located near a college, which could be great for some. The rooms had a modern look, were spacious, and had hardwood composite floors. A coffee maker, fridge, microwave, reading lamps on both sides of the bed, and an armchair with floor lamp were also available. The breakfast was excellent and featured several hot and cold items.

The walls were very thin and didn't provide much noise insulation.

The addition of a microwave and fridge in my double room was a thoughtful touch, and the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially the manager and general manager, were competent and helpful.

We had a fantastic time during our stay, didn't want to leave, and highly recommend it; the location was convenient and comfortable, just a 20-minute walk from the museum.
